In this document you will find comprehensive information about your rights. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
We recommend that you read the information carefully. We have done everything we can to make them as comprehensible as possible. If something is still not clear to you, we will be happy to explain any term or passage to you.
Scope and responsibility for processing
In this document, you will find information on the processing of personal data carried out by Josh Pharmacy in its role as a Controller, i.e. as the person who determines the purposes and means and decides on the processing of your personal data.
Personal data means information that can identify you personally, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. The processing of personal data is necessary for the provision of our services.
When processing personal data, we comply with the relevant legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended.
Whose data we process
At Josh Pharmacy, we process the data:
- our customers and those interested in our services,
- visitors to our website.
What rights do you have to your personal data?
In relation to your personal data that we process, you have the following rights that you can exercise against us right:
- obtain confirmation of the (non-)processing of your personal data and access to the personal data concerning you that we process;
- to correct or complete your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- to erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, provided that the conditions laid down by law are met;
- object to the processing of personal data concerning you;
- to transfer your personal data to another controller;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, if you have given it to us;
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or the right to effective judicial protection.

How do we protect your personal data?
You can be absolutely sure that we handle your personal data with due care and in accordance with applicable law. We protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible, which corresponds to the technical level of the available means. Your data may be subject to automated processing as part of the provision of our services, but we do not carry out any profiling.
1. Personal data of those interested in our services
If you are interested in our services, we need to know some of your personal data to communicate with you, which you fill in the contact form.
Which personal data do we process?
- name and surname;
- email;
- IP address;
- information from mutual communication.
Why do we process the data and on what basis?
- acts aimed at concluding a mutual contract;
- legitimate interest that is not in conflict with your rights to the protection of personal data (e.g. mutual communication, creation of internal statistics and reports, protection and defence of our legally protected interests in the event of possible claims for damages against our company, etc.);
- Provision of consent to processing (e.g. for the purpose of using non-technical cookies).
How long will we process the data?
If you are interested in a consultation or other service, we store your data for a maximum of 1 year from the last active communication from you. If a mutual agreement on the provision of our services has not been concluded by then, your personal data will be deleted. We store personal data from a mutual contract for the provision of services for the duration of the contract and subsequently for a period of up to 10 years for the purpose of protecting our legal interests.

2. Personal data of our customers
If you are interested in our products or services, we need to know some of your personal data without providing them without providing them.
· Which personal data do we process?
- name and surname;
- residence/registered office;
- Company registration number, tax identification number if you are concluding a contract as an entrepreneur;
- phone;
- email;
- information about the type and quantity of products and services ordered.
Why do we process the data and on what basis?
- legal obligation – e.g. bookkeeping, tax processing, etc.;
- performance of a mutual purchase contract;
- legitimate interest that is not in conflict with your rights to the protection of personal data (e.g. registration of contractual partners, sending newsletters, creation of internal statistics and reports, protection and defence of our legally protected interests in the event of possible claims for damages against our company, etc.);
- Provision of consent to processing (e.g. for the purpose of publishing a reference to our services, publishing data on the website in the section of cooperating specialists).
How long will we process the data?
If you enter into a contract with us, we process your personal data to the minimum extent possible for the performance of the mutual contract and the fulfilment of our legal obligations (in particular due to legal requirements for accounting and tax records) for the duration of the contract and subsequently for a period of up to 10 years. This period may exceptionally be longer based on our legitimate interest, if it is necessary, for example, to resolve insurance claims or to protect our legal interests.

Who else do we provide your personal data to and why?
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties for processing to the extent necessary in connection with the provision of contractual performance or the fulfilment of a legal obligation, but always only in such a way as to maintain the complete protection of your personal data, as stated in this information statement. We may transfer personal data to public authorities if we are asked to do so. A complete up-to-date list of recipients of your personal data can be requested from office@joshfrana.cz.
Sending commercial communications
We can send our contractual partners newsletters or other commercial communications regarding the products or services we offer to our contractual partners by e-mail or phone / SMS. You can unsubscribe from receiving or refuse to receive at any time when concluding a contract with you.
3. Personal data of visitors to our website
Which personal data do we process?
When you visit our website, your IP address is only processed for the purpose of processing anonymised visitor statistics. In the case of filling in and sending a contact or purchase form, this data is part of the user identification, is stored in the system with other user data and follows the fate of the entire group of data entered in the form.
On our website, we also use technical or necessary cookies, which are necessary for the proper functioning of our website. We do not need your consent to use them, but the processing is based on our legitimate interest.
